Relational Coaching at Depth

Shall we wonder together about the wild ways that lie within?

I’m a Life and Leadership Coach with a deep connection to the wild. Before coaching, I spent twenty years working as a person-centred psychotherapist and ten years as a counselling supervisor.  Following extensive training in taking my practice outside, I spent many of those latter years with clients and supervisees in the natural world, with the more-than-human as my co-therapist. 

My desire to walk the related path of coaching was born out of a curiosity about the ‘more’.  After the work of therapy is done and we are well enough, what then lies ahead for us?  What comes next?  My coaching practice is rooted in the question of not only who we are but what ‘more’ we are; not only of (re)finding our authenticity but of locating and embodying our potential.
