I’m a Life and Leadership Coach with a deep connection to the wild. Before coaching, I spent twenty years working as a person-centred psychotherapist and ten years as a counselling supervisor.  Following extensive training in taking my practice outside, I spent many of those latter years with clients and supervisees in the natural world, with the more-than-human as my co-therapist. 

My desire to walk the related path of coaching was born out of a curiosity about the ‘more’.  After the work of therapy is done and we are well enough, what then lies ahead for us?  What comes next?  

I became interested in the question of not only who we are but what ‘more’ we are; not only of (re)finding our authenticity but of locating and embodying our potential. This question has found its home in my practice of Relational Coaching at Depth.
